Hello new BSS students, and welcome to Studenterlauget! Below is a preview of optional purchases available during the introduction week, designed to help you make the most of your first days on campus. Remember, these are entirely optional — feel free to explore and choose what suits you best! We can’t wait to see you during the introduction week!

Membership
99 kr. to 199 kr.

SL Nice Price: Access special deals and offers with local businesses of all kinds. Check them out!
Early-Bird: Get the opportunity to buy early-bird tickets for events, which often sell out quickly.
Event Tickets: Save 40 DKK on early-bird tickets for Club Klub and 50 DKK for Den Gyldne Fugl.
Coffee Cards: Purchase coffee punch cards for just 55 DKK at Caf’Inn (normal price is 65 DKK).
Beer: Buy a bottle of Ceres Top at Klubben for just 10 DKK before 18:00 (normal price is 20 DKK).

One-Year Membership: Lasts exactly 1 year at 99 kr.

Evening Program Ticket
449 kr.

The Evening Program Ticket is your pass to all the exciting evening events during the introduction week at Aarhus BSS on the 26th, 27th, and 28th of August 2024. With this ticket, you’ll gain access to dinners and parties at Klubben, spread across all three nights. While purchasing this ticket is optional, we highly recommend it if you want to fully immerse yourself in the vibrant social scene that Aarhus BSS has to offer during your first week.

This is a great opportunity to relax, have fun, and make lasting connections with your fellow students after the day’s activities. It’s the perfect way to kick off your university life and create unforgettable memories.

Introduction Trip Ticket
999 kr.

The Introduction Trip Ticket grants you access to our unforgettable trip to Vigsø, a highlight of the introduction at Aarhus BSS on the the 27th to the 29th of September 2024. This trip is packed with exciting activities, including themed costume parties, events featuring big-name artists, and plenty of opportunities to bond with your new classmates. You’ll be staying in cozy cabins, adding to the fun and camaraderie of the experience.

While this ticket covers your access to all the events and accommodations, please note that there will be additional costs for food and alcohol during the trip. It’s an optional adventure, but one that we highly recommend if you want to dive into the full university experience.

Full Introduction Experience
1.299 kr (1448 kr, save 149 kr!)

When you purchase the Full Introduction Trip package, you’ll get both the “Evening Program Ticket” and the “Introduction Trip Ticket” at a special bundled price. Normally, buying these tickets separately would cost 1.448 kr, but with this bundle, you’ll save 149 kr and pay only 1.299 kr. This is the best way to experience all the excitement of the introduction week while enjoying a great discount.
