About Arla Foods Graduate Programme
Arla Foods offers a two-year Graduate Programme designed for ambitious graduates who want to kick-start their careers in an international, purpose-driven company. Throughout the programme, graduates rotate across functions and business areas to deepen their understanding of Arla, gain hands-on experience, and develop valuable professional skills.

The programme is offered within four different tracks: Finance, IT, F15, and Supply Chain, allowing graduates to specialize within their field while building a broad understanding of the business.
