About us

We’re a globally expanding management consultancy with 1,900+ colleagues in Europe and the US. Born out of a genuine wish to create impact, we believe – in fact, we know – that the odds of success radically improve when change makes sense on a personal level for all the people involved.

That means leading with curiosity, leveraging the wisdom of the crowd, and energising rather than simply instructing – and that’s made easier by flat hierarchies and low power distance.

Real transformation is rarely just a top-down plan. It calls for pairing a great strategy with the ability to create a movement among empowered, capable people.

Consulting is, in essence, helping. So that’s what we do. We help organisations become fit for humans and fit for the future through collaborative consulting.
