Basic Fitness

The "Basic Fitness" class is perfect for those of you just starting out your fitness venture.The class will introduce you to the optimal approach on how to set up your desired workout, which exercises to do , how to perform them properly , how to warm up efficiently ,how to avoid injuries.During the class you will be able to train on your own just as always but there will be an experienced instructor to guide you through the workout process.If you want a safe,effective and motivational training then this is the class for you.

 

SummerFit

SummerFit is a new training session in SL Fitness. It addresses members with either a general wish of getting in a better shape, to members who feel for a supplement to their more static training like, running, cycling, or workout. SummerFit is for both boys and girls, and as you can set the pace you feel for everyone can join – but of course an instructor will be there to push you forward! Each weekly session will be characterized by being intensive, calorie-burning, and with a variety of changing exercises. When participating in the SummerFit class you will be training every muscle in your body, and over time you will experience getting stronger, more energized, and your endurance will increase. So join the SummerFit classes, and get in a better shape.

 

Circuit training

Circuit training is training based on stations. It implies a mix of strength and cardio exercises both with and without equipment. This kind of training is very time efficient, and the exercises do not require past experience or coordination skills. Circuit training is a good alternative to individual training, since you will have skilled and motivating guidance.

 

ABS/Buns/Thighs

If you want to target body parts that are coined as "trouble spots", ABS/Buns/thighs would be a perfect workout for you. ABS/Buns/Thighs are a simpel workout that gives a fantastic foundation for increased strength and muscle tone.
