Every month, the staff has an editorial meeting where journalists, graphic designers and photographers participate. These bullet points are among the typical topics on the agenda:

- evaluation of previous issues
- agenda setting and determination of content for the upcoming issue
- strategic idea development
- planning of social events

If you have a relevant story or any ideas that might be interesting for the magazine and its readers, please check the deadline for material on page 2 in the magazine and send your suggestions along with relevant material (news release, sources and contact info, photos, etc.) to the Editor-in-Chief via commerciel@studenterlauget.dk prior to the deadline.
