About UMAC

UMAC is short for Union for Management Accounting and Control, the student union for MSc Management Accounting and Control at Aarhus University, Business and Social Sciences. In 2010 the union changed its name from FRØ to UMAC because of the internationalization of the program.

The board of UMAC consists of volunteer students from both first and second year.

The purpose of UMAC

• To create a better study environment for students at MSc Management Accounting and Control at Business and Social Sciences.
  
• To plan activities in a broad range stretching from company visits, speakers related to our study area and social activities such as a Christmas party and bowling where the members get together in a more relaxed way.
  
•  The biggest activity in UMAC is the yearly study trip for both first and second year MAC students.
