At Studenterlauget our vision and mission are based on the concept of campus. A campus is an American term for a university with student housing, learning and research facilities, and extracurricular activities – all gathered in one single place. There are green areas, and it is a place where students, lecturers, researchers and other employees want to spend their spare time. When you have one of your free periods, you can hang out in the lounge, exercise in the health club, play some ball in one of the green areas, or simply have a chat with some friends in Caféen.

However, a campus is more than that – it is a place where you want to stay for many hours, a place you consider to be your second home, and a place where you engage in activities that are not directly related to your studies. It is a place with traditions of which students and employees can feel proud.  

Vision

Studenterlauget (SL) intends to work together with the University of Aarhus to create the best campus in Denmark.

Mission

Studenterlauget aims to create the best campus in Denmark by implementing a series of initiatives that encourage students to stay on campus in connection with both academic and social activities.

In the short term, we intend to focus on the current SL facilities at Aarhus School of Business, however, in the long run; our goal is to create a "joint AU campus".

By focusing on our values, we intend to develop and enhance the campus feeling.

To achieve this aim, we will constantly strive to improve the physical environment for students.
